The fun martial arts training system for children 3-5 years.  You children will:

  • learn through play
  • have fun
  • develop flexibility
  • improve balance and co-ordination
  • learn respect
  • increase self confidence
  • learn basic self defence

Our Little Tiger Cubs programme has been specifically designed to cater for children 3-5 years old.  Its aim is to introduce basic martial arts skills through a mixture of simple games, fitness drills, and Taekwon-Do training.

Thursdays, 5.30-6.15pm.  Your first lesson will be free and you will also receive an info pack.

Fitness and self defence classses for children (5+), youths and adults.

Taekwon-Do is for all ages, male or female. Taekwon-Do literally means Foot (Tae) Hand (Kwon) Art (Do) – the Art of Hand and Foot fighting. Taekwon-Do is a Korean martial art and can be described as the scientific use of the body for self defence.

Taekwon-Do will improve your fitness, flexibility, coordination and self confidence. Taekwon-Do training is safe, practical, and most of all enjoyable.
